Before we begin therapy, I will collect basic personal information for contact and identification purposes. Throughout our sessions, I will assess your mental well-being and take notes, which may include personal and sensitive information about your life.

Everything we discuss during sessions will remain confidential. However, if I believe that your safety, or the safety of others, is at risk, I will discuss the need to inform relevant external agencies with you. If this conversation cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances or limitations, I may need to act without your prior consent. Additionally, I may consult with a professional supervisor regarding aspects of our work, but I will ensure your identity remains anonymous.
